The gentle nature of UltraClear® means it delivers less injury to surrounding skin, reducing downtime and side effects, making this the laser of choice for those wiht melasma, or darker skin types such as patients from Asian, Indian, Mediterranean or Aboriginal Skin types.

3DMIRACL™ is the superficial setting for the UltraClear® laser, which utilises short, concentrated pulses of energy gently remove the top layers of dull and damaged skin. This process triggers the body’s natural healing mechanism and stimulates new cell growth. The gentle nature of UltraClear® means it delivers less heat to the skin (hence the term “cold laser’), reducing downtime and side effects. In fact the laser is so cool, it can be done wiht no local anaesthteic.

How Long Does the 3DMIRACL™ Laser Micropeel take? A full face 3D MIRACL™ takes 20 - 30 minutes. The neck and decolletage can be added on to your treatment as required.

Is the 3D MIRACL™ Laser Micropeel Painful? The precise and rapid nature of energy delivery means that superficial skin is vapourised without significant thermal injury. What is the expected downtime for the 3DMIRACL™ Laser Micropeel? Expect a feeling of warmth, redness and mild swelling after your treatment, which wil settle over the next 1 - 2 days. You can can apply make-up and go back to work the next day. Shedding of the upper layers of skin typically occurs 2-3 days post procedure. When this has settled the new skin will be smooth and glowing, but may be a little pink and dry for the next few weeks.

When will I notice the effects after my 3DMIRACL™ Treatment? You will notice an improvement in your skin after the skin has peeled, which is usually 2 to 4 days after the treatment. Results will continue to improve over the next 2- 3 months, leaving your skin smooth and glowing.

What is the Treatment Course for the 3DMIRACL™ ? Depending on your concerns and expectations, we recommend an initial course of 3 - 6 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart. Consultation & Skin Preparation You must have an initial consultation with one of our dermal clinicians to ensure your skin is suitable for treatment. You will get a better result with less downtime if your skin is prepped on a good medical retinol serum and use SPF daily. If you have darker skin, or melasma, Dr Grant will prescribe you a tyrosinase inhibitor serum to reduce hyperpigmentation risk before treatment. although post inflammatry pigmentation has not been routinely reported with the 3DMIRACL™ .
