Aesthetic Treatments to Hydrate the Skin

There are several different treatments that are injected into the skin to improve skin quality, hydration and glow over the skin of the face, neck or decolletage.

This type of treatment is suited to those who suffer from dry, wrinkled skin, or patients who are anxious or new to cosmetic treatments. The results are a subtle improvement in skin glow, texture and firmness, without puffiness or a change in your facial shape - just your own skin, working better.

There are several types of treatments that improve skin hydration and glow:

Skin Boosters: (AKA injectable moisturisers). These treatments are injected into the skin, “boosting” hydration. A common terms for these injected treatmens are “Skin Boosters.

Skin & Collagen Boosters: Some types of Skin Boosters also stimulate collagen and are used for acne scarring, or hand rejuvenation, or to support the skin matrix with a minimal increase in volume.

BioRemodelling Agents: Bioremodelling agents intensely hydrate the skin, with the added benefit improving the cellular function of skin cells. Apart from skin hydration, these products uopregulate the production of collagen, elastin, keritonocytes, fat and muscle. Although the results are subtle, this type of treatment is very effective to improve rosacea and dry skin on the neck and decolletage. The cellular and antioxidant properties of this treatment are also suited to pateints who want a natural treatment option, that can help to rejuvenate the whole skin layer, all over the face, neck and body.

After consultation and assesment, we will find a suitable treatment option based on your concerns.

Patient Selection: The best candidates for this treatment are aged between 40 and 60, who are looking for a natural approach to preventing ageing, improving fine lines and skin health.

Multimodality Treatments: Dr Grant will often pair this type of treatment with Ultraformer non surgical lifting and tightening treatments, the BioRevive Peel , Laser Facials, and Collagen Stimulating treatments. These modalities work synergistically to give a natural, glowing and tighter skin with no significant downtime and can be combined in the same session.

Keep in mind that all faces are different and a consultation is required before any treatment will be considered. To book an aesthetic medical consultation, please book with our Registered Nurses or Dr Grant.

This type of treatment is suited to patients anxious about cosmetic treatments - they optimise skin quality and dermal cellular function- your own skin, working better.
