This is a non hormonal option that is safe for women to use post breast cancer, or for any women noticing Genito Urinary Symptoms of Menopause (90% of us!)

You do not need to insert this all into the vagina, it will just fall out and waste your product!

Apply an application every 3 days, to the labia minor, clitorus and around and 1 - 2cm into the introits (vagina), un til the box is finished. For maintenance, apply weekly (every 6 days). You should see an improvement in 3 months in symptoms such as vaginal dryness, itch, dyspareunia (pain having sex), urinary symptoms such as urinary urgency and general enjoyment in sex. 

You may also benefit from using a topical oestrogen cream that can be prescribed by your GP.
